The Add Contacts and Add Organizations functions do not give visibility of existing users in the access group.

To add additional contacts to an access group:

  1. In the In the navigation sidebar, go to Marketing > Access Groups 
  2. Click the three-dot settings menu next to the relevant access group
  3. Select Add contacts 
  4. Click the Add contacts and selections field to select from your MediaStore users and contact lists
  5. Click Confirm to finish

To add additional organizations to an access group:

  1. In the In the navigation sidebar, go to Marketing > Access Groups 
  2. Click the three-dot settings menu next to the relevant access group
  3. Select Add organizations 
  4. Click the Search Organizations field to select from your MediaStore organization groups
  5. Click Confirm to finish
